Suggestion 1: Seller may offer the Buyer a Seller concession equal to our document processing fee or greater, to be credited to Buyer at time of closing and Buyer will pay Pro Negotiations fee. If the Buyer is obtaining an FHA loan for the purchase, their lender will need to approve the Seller concession. The Buyer may still have to pay part of the document processing fee to Pro Negotiations, Inc. directly at time of closing. Said payment will be disclosed to all parties.
Suggestion 2: Buyer pays Pro Negotiations document preparation fee. The Listing Agent will need to provide the Buyers Agent or Buyer with a Purchase Addendum that outlines the Buyer's willingness to pay Pro Negotiations, Inc. fee at time of closing. In the event the buyer is financing the purchase of the property and the Buyer's lender will not allow this fee to be paid out of closing on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, Buyer agrees to pay said document preparation fee to Pro Negotiations, Inc. directly at time of closing and said payment will be disclosed to all parties.
Suggestion 3: Listing Agent agrees to pay one (1%) percent of the sales price or the total amount of our document preparation fee, whichever is less. Said fee will be paid to Pro Negotiations, Inc. designated Florida Licensed Real Estate Company upon settlement at time of closing.
Pro Negotiations Document Preparation Fee will be disclosed on the Preliminary HUD-1 and Final HUD-1 Settlement Statements in accordance with RESPA. Pro Negotiations, Inc. is not providing any legal advice only suggestions. It is recommended that all parties involved in a real estate transaction seek their own legal advice from a Licensed Attorney At Law. |
